UK SHIPPING

• We ship to the UK And NI using Royal Mail which aims to be delivered within 48 working hours after dispatch. This is fully tracked and insured for £5 per pair ordered. 

EUROPEAN SHIPPING

• We ship to all of Europe for a standard £15 fully tracked and insured, aiming to have them delivered via Royal Mail within 7 working days. This is an estimation and can be subject to change.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

• Shipping to the rest of the world including America, Australia and Asia is £30 fully tracked and insured, delivered via Royal Mail in around 7 working days. This is an estimation and can be subject to change.

*The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.

**UK sizes are unisex, you will be given the first available gender unless specifically stated in the order comments**

All shoes are hand painted with flexible, high quality leather paint and treated with a top coat to prevent minor scuffs and UV fading. All designs are waterproof. They are made to last but please take care of your shoes as damage can be caused through misuse such as heavy, daily wear and wear in dirty, muddy environments. You will be provided with an aftercare sheet in your shoe box with cleaning advice, this is recommended to prolong the life of your customs and should be done as and when they become dirty, as opposed to letting the dirt and stains build up. As with anything finite, the more you look after your customs, the longer they will last. We recommend Crease Protectors for all designs with painted toe areas.

Each pair of shoes are made to order so please allow up to 6 weeks for each order to be created, these take time and no one wants rushed/unfinished shoes. Please expect longer waits during high volume order periods such as Christmas and summer.
