Everything is hand painted and made to order therefore all sales are final and returns are NOT accepted. Please be sure of your size before placing an order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
After inspection, refund will NOT be issued if the damage is found to be of your own fault i.e. heavy daily use and wear, being washed incorrectly or modified
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will not be issued after work has started on your order. All information is available at www.customsbyg.co.uk to show time frame, delivery, currency and return information and therefor refunds for any of these reasons will not be eligible.
